Organizational Resilience International

Organizational Resilience International (ORI) is a crisis response and recovery, training and consultation group.

Katherine and Lisa are senior consultants providing trauma response and recovery, consultation, technical assistance and training and site-specific requests. ORI has:

• worked with victims of Hurricane Harvey
• developed the Iowa Homicide Providers Certification program
• developed the State Victim Assistance Academy Resource Center at the National Center for Victims of Crime

Iowa Homicide Services Provider and Program Certification (With ORI)

Katherine and Lisa developed a statewide curriculum and certification process for victim advocates working with family members of homicide victims. In collaboration with the Iowa Attorney General’s Office, this program is a first of its kind in the country.
